- Use Sterilized canning jars (8 oz jelly jars are great size)
- Fill about half way up with Honey.
- Carefully place as many pepper halves as you can into the jar. (being careful to trap as little air in the honey as possible.
- Fill the rest of the jar with Honey and close the lid tightly.
- Vibrate the jar / jars to allow any trapped air to rise to the top. (Putting the jars in a box and place on the top of the dryer or washer for a cycle will good)
- Allow to sit for about 3 days (length of time will vary according to your taste)
- Open the jars to release any trapped air / outgassing from the peppers.
- Seal and store in a cool dry place
